FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does it cost?
Raleigh on Ice will provide a fun and affordable event for individuals and families. Admission and skate rental for adults and children will be $6.00.
Can I bring my own skates?
Yes. You would still have to pay the admission.
Will I be able to skate if it is warm outside?
We are proud to use an environmentally friendly skating rink that does not require refrigeration or excessive power and water. The rink is made of a high tech polymer that allows skaters to glide in a safe and fun way very similar to being on ice. The rink is not climate dependant, and you don’t have to worry about getting wet or cold if you fall!
Is there a limit to how long I can skate?
No.
Can I leave and come back later that same day?
There is no in and out allowed at the rink.
Why does a waiver need to be signed?
Everyone who skates must sign a waiver accepting a skate at your own risk policy. Children under the age of 16 must have an adult sign the waiver on their behalf.
Are there age restrictions for small children?
No. Children range in abilities. You should judge for yourself your own child’s ability.
If my child cannot skate, can I get a refund?
No. Unfortunately there is no way to identify or differentiate.
My child would like to skate but I can’t. Can I go on the ice with him/her?
No. No one is allowed on the ice without wearing skates.
Do I have to have my own skates?
Skates are included in your admission fee and we have a variety of children’s and adult sizes. Skate sizes will not always match shoe sizes. We will help you identify a size that’s right for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash only. ATM machines are located at each of the shopping centers.
Can you accommodate groups?
Yes. If you have a party or group of 20 or more, please call us to arrange the best time for your group to attend and to learn about special group offers. For more information,
